What Is n8n? The Enterprise Automation Pain Points It Solves

The Most Interesting Part: n8n Meets AI
Traditional automation can only follow rigid rules: if A, then do B. But real-world busywork often needs a bit of judgment — which department should this complaint go to? Is this feedback positive or negative?
This is where plugging an LLM (large language model) into an n8n flow gives automation a “brain.” Mid-flow, hand the decision to the AI, then branch based on its answer.
